Policies and Payment Information
- 48-hour notice for cancellation is required except for illness or emergency. If sessions are repeatedly cancelled at the last minute for illness or emergency, full payment will be required.
- All block bookings are strictly non-refundable.
- Block bookings are payable in full in advance.
- Blocks must be used within six months.
- Most self-funded clients fall within the standard fee structure above.
- Payment may be made by bank transfer or by Paypal/credit card including visa, mastercard, debit card, or American Express by clicking on the button when you book or in your confirmation email.
