In-depth evaluation for PTSD, depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD (pre-screen only), and related conditions
Available for medico-legal assessment and reports. Not available for court appearance or oral evidence.

Who is this for?

If you are experiencing persistent low mood, anxiety, trauma symptoms, compulsive behaviours, attention or focus problems, or simply uncertainty about your mental health, this assessment provides clarity, validation, and a practical way forward.
Suitable for adults and older adolescents, whether self-referring, seeking documentation for work/insurance, or needing guidance for further therapy or treatment.

What does the assessment involve?

1. Pre-Assessment Screening
Upon booking, you will receive secure online questionnaires to complete before your appointment.
These help clarify your main concerns, history, and focus the assessment—including a brief ADHD pre-screen.

Typical pre-assessment forms:

  • Brief Health Questionnaire (history, current symptoms)

  • PHQ-9 (depression screen)

  • GAD-7 (anxiety screen)

  • PCL-5 (trauma screen, if applicable)

  • OCI-R (Obsessive-Compulsive Inventory—Revised)

  • ASRS v1.1 (ADHD pre-screen)

2. Clinical Interview (90–120 minutes)
A detailed, confidential session (in-person or online) covering:

  • Current symptoms and struggles

  • Mental health and medical history

  • Significant life events or trauma

  • Mood and energy patterns (incl. bipolar screening)

  • Anxiety (generalised, social, panic, phobias)

  • Obsessions and compulsions (OCD)

  • Attention, focus, and organisation (ADHD pre-screen)

  • Risk and safety (self-harm, suicidality)

  • Strengths, coping, and support systems

3. Gold-Standard Psychometric Testing
Based on your needs, you may be offered further gold-standard measures such as:

  • PTSD: CAPS-5, PCL-5

  • Depression: BDI-II, HAM-D, PHQ-9

  • Anxiety: GAD-7, BAI, HAM-A, PDSS, SPIN (as needed)

  • OCD: OCI-R, Y-BOCS (as needed)

Note:
A full ADHD diagnostic assessment is not included in this package, but a brief screening is provided and, if indicated, a separate comprehensive ADHD assessment can be arranged.

4. Comprehensive Written Report
You receive a detailed report within 5-7 working days (standard) or 2-3 working days (expedited), including:

  • Diagnostic formulation (DSM-5/ICD-11)

  • Explanation of symptoms and diagnoses

  • Recommendations for support, therapy, or referral

  • Guidance for workplace, insurance, or personal well-being

  • Reports are clear, accessible, and can be adapted for legal/professional use.
