ADHD Assessment (Adult)

Adult ADHD Assessment (Priority Service)

A comprehensive, premium diagnostic evaluation for Adult ADHD—delivered with depth, clinical precision, and rapid turnaround.

Do you struggle with focus, organisation, time management, or emotional regulation?

Many adults live for years without realising that these lifelong challenges may be symptoms of undiagnosed ADHD. An accurate diagnosis can bring clarity, validation, and a practical path forward—whether for personal insight, workplace accommodations, or onward referral.

Why choose this service?

As a HCPC-Registered Clinical Psychologist trained in diagnostic assessment at Yale University Medical Center, I offer an internationally informed and evidence-based approach to ADHD assessment. Based in the heart of Harley Street, I provide a discreet and supportive environment for in-depth evaluation and meaningful guidance.

What does the Adult ADHD Assessment involve?

1. Structured Clinical Interview

  • DIVA-5: The gold-standard, semi-structured interview for adult ADHD, aligned with DSM-5 criteria and used throughout the UK and Europe.

2. Objective Testing

  • In-person: QbTest (computer-based assessment of attention, impulsivity, and motor activity)

  • Online: QbCheck (validated remote version for attention and impulsivity)

3. Self-Report Questionnaires

  • ASRS v1.1 (Adult ADHD Self-Report Scale)

  • WURS (Wender Utah Rating Scale, for childhood ADHD symptoms)

  • PHQ-9 (depression screening)

  • GAD-7 (anxiety screening)

4. Informant Questionnaire

  • DIVA-5 Observer Form: Completed by someone who has known you well since childhood, supporting accurate developmental history.

5. Comprehensive Psychological Report

  • A clear, detailed report (typically 4–8 pages), including diagnostic conclusions and tailored recommendations for support, therapy, and workplace or academic adjustments.

  • Reports can be adapted for occupational, educational, or medico-legal documentation.

6. Feedback Session

  • A 30-minute follow-up (online or in person) to review your results, answer questions, and discuss next steps.
